Wild Alaska Seacuterie Board
Ingredients
- 1 French baguette
- 1 cup roughly chopped Artichokes
- 1 cup Crème Fraîche
- 1 Lemon (quartered)
- 1 Cucumber (sliced into thin round pieces)
- Chives for garnish (chop or keep long)
- ½ cup of Kalamata olives
- Choice of crackers (pick your favorite!)
- Choice of Echo Falls wild Alaska sockeye salmon Alaska.

Directions
Step 1: Prepare the crostini
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Thinly slice French baguette (about ¼ inch thick slices).
- Place bread onto parchment lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes until toasted brown. Remove from oven.
Step 2: Arrange Seacuterie board
- Artfully arrange Seacuterie elements, accoutrements, and cheeses.
- Garnish with chives
- Serve and enjoy!
