Our History
Our parent company, Ocean Beauty Seafoods, has been in the seafood business since 1910, starting as a small Seattle seafood shop known as the Washington Fish & Oyster Company.
In 2001, Echo Falls was launched as one of Ocean Beauty's premium smoked salmon brands and has since grown to become the #1 smoked seafood brand in grocery stores across the US.
As of 2024, our smoked and specialty seafood business, which includes two smokehouses in Washington state, is now operating under the Echo Falls Seafoods name. We're honored to continue serving you the best specialty seafood around!

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, understanding that we are dependent on the health and vitality of the fish we source.We carefully source fish from around the world, and only participate in farms or fisheries that are certified under the standards of the Alaska Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM), the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), GlobalGAP, or the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).
