Authentic Origins

You'll never see Echo Falls smoked in a regional "style." Our items are authentically smoked according to the time-honored methods of the countries of origin. Through our sister company OBI Seafoods, we have direct access to premium wild Alaska seafood and are the primary processor of wild Alaska smoked sockeye salmon. We carefully choose where we source our farm-raised products, only participating in farms that are certified under the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.

Nestled in the Seattle area of the Pacific Northwest, our two Washington State smokehouses are driven by seasoned employees who understand the timeless tradition of smoked seafood. Trained in authentic methods, our facilities and staff are well-equipped to deliver an artisanal product.

    Monroe, Washington

    The corporate headquarters of Echo Falls Seafoods, this facility is also one of the largest and most sophisticated salmon smoking operations in the United States. Our Monroe smokehouse specializes in all types of cold-smoked Wild Alaska Salmon true to the traditional Pacific Northwest methods.

    This facility boasts state-of-the-art processing technology and is the homebase to our hot-smoked salmon manufacturing. The plant combines the efficiency of a modern manufacturing facility that result in hand-crafted products.

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, understanding that we are dependent on the health and vitality of the fish we source.

We carefully source fish from around the world, and only participate in farms or fisheries that are certified under the standards of the Alaska Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM), the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), GlobalGAP, or the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).

Quality & Food Safety

We have exceptional Quality Assurance teams with extensive experience in food safety programs for ready-to-eat products. They ensure our processes and products meet or exceed the strictest international and domestic standards for food safety and traceability.

Our smokehouses are Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified and we are annually audited for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
