Vibrant Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon Brunch Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 handful of lettuce leaves
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 2 eggs (as prepared eggs- only omelet or scrambled eggs)
- 3 scallions
- 2 slices of Echo Falls Cold Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon
- 3 teaspoons of Echo Falls Wild Salmon Caviar
- Juice of ½ lime
Directions
Step 1: Cook the eggs
Prepare your eggs as either an egg-only omelet or as scrambled eggs.
Step 2: Assemble the bowl
Place lettuce leaves in the bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the lettuce. Add diced scallions and the cooked eggs. Place the Alaska cold smoked salmon slices on top. Add pepper and salmon roe. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
