Mixed Seacuterie Platter
Ingredients
- 1 French baguette
- 1 cup mini dill pickles
- ½ cup biquinho peppers
- ½ cup of Kalamata olives
- 1 sprig of dill
- 1 Cucumber
- Crackers of your choice
- Choice of Echo Falls smoked seafood varieties. Recommendations:
- Echo Falls Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon - Kentucky Bourbon (for a southern twist)
- Echo Falls Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon - NW Original (for a classic option)
- Echo Falls Whitefish Caviar or Echo Falls Wild Salmon Caviar (for a touch of glamor)
- Echo Falls Oak Smoked Yellowfin Tuna (to surprise and delight)
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the crostini
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Thinly slice French baguette (about ¼ inch thick slices).
- Place bread onto parchment lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes until toasted brown. Remove from oven.
Step 2: Arrange Seacuterie board
- Slice cucumber into thin round pieces
- Artfully arrange Seacuterie elements, accouterments, and veggies on board or platter.
- Garnish with sprigs of dill.
- Serve and enjoy!
