- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, ponzu sauce, and honey. Mix well with a spoon to combine.
- Separate the butter lettuce leaves. Place a lettuce leaf on the cutting board and lay flat.
- Place 1 1/2 slices of the cold-smoked tuna in the center of the lettuce wrap, loosely wrapped in a cone shape.
- Drizzle with citrus ponzu sauce, and then top with mango salsa, fried onions and cilantro leaves.
- Transfer to serving board, and enjoy!

Crunchy Lettuce Wraps with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1.5 tsp honey
- 1 bunch of butter lettuce leaves (cleaned)
- 3oz Echo Falls Oak Smoked Tuna
- 1 cup mango salsa
- Handful of Funyuns
- Cilantro leaves to garnish
