Crunchy Lettuce Wraps with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

1 bunch of Butter lettuce leaves (Cleaned) 

1 cup Mango salsa

1 Lime

1 tbsp Olive oil

3 tbsp Ponzu sauce

1.5 tsp Sugar

Handful of of Funyns 

Cilantro leaves to garnish

3oz Echo Falls Oak Smoked Tuna


Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, ponzu sauce, and honey. Mix well with a spoon to combine.
  2. Separate the butter lettuce leaves. Place a lettuce leaf on the cutting board and lay flat.
  3. Place 1 1/2 slices of the cold-smoked tuna in the center of the lettuce wrap, loosely wrapped in a cone shape.
  4. Drizzle with citrus ponzu sauce, and then top with mango salsa, fried onions and cilantro leaves.
  5. Transfer to serving board, and enjoy!
