Avocado Toast with Wasabi Caviar

  1. Toast the Bread: Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp. You can drizzle a little olive oil before toasting for extra flavor.
  2. Prepare the Avocado: In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Assemble the Toast
    • Spread the mashed avocado generously over each slice of toast.
    • Drizzle the avocado with fresh lemon wedge, olive oil, and a small sprinkle of salt and pepper evenly over the top. 
    • Spoon a teaspoon of chili jam over the flaked coho salmon.
    • Delicately spread the wasabi caviar over the top of the avocado and garnish with fresh dill or chives. 
  4. Complete with a sprinkle of microgreens on top to garnish.
