- Toast the Bread: Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp. You can drizzle a little olive oil before toasting for extra flavor.
- Prepare the Avocado: In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Toast
- Spread the mashed avocado generously over each slice of toast.
- Drizzle the avocado with fresh lemon wedge, olive oil, and a small sprinkle of salt and pepper evenly over the top.
- Spoon a teaspoon of chili jam over the flaked coho salmon.
- Delicately spread the wasabi caviar over the top of the avocado and garnish with fresh dill or chives.
- Complete with a sprinkle of microgreens on top to garnish.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of hearty sourdough or multigrain bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 tbsp Echo Falls Wild Alaska Salmon Caviar - Wasabi Flavor
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Microgreens to garnish
