The Experience
My husband and I were looking for something fast and easy, so we went with our go-to Hatch Chile Mac & Cheese from Trader Joe’s, then last minute decided to throw in these salmon nuggets. It ended up being a match made in heaven! Something about the smokiness of the salmon complemented the hatch chili flavor. I noticed that these nuggets are honey-cured as well, so there was a sweet flavor that also blended well.
