- Spread Peruvian pepper jelly on cracker.
- Toast Brie cheese in fire on roasting stick until it starts to get melty.
- Remove warmed brie cheese from roasting stick on to cracker spread with jelly.
- Layer a few slices of smoked salmon (the bacon sliced kind is ideal for this).
- Add another cracker on top, and smoosh ingredients together like you would with a toasty, melty s'more.
