Holiday Appetizers

Knowing that eggs pair well with champagne, we made egg salad sandwiches over Hawaiian roles, and topped with some hot smoked salmon for New Year's Eve. We also made our own crostini (French bread and olive oil, baked) with gorgonzola cheese, pear slices, and salmon caviar.
