The nation’s leading premium smoked seafood brand, Echo Falls includes a wide range of smoked seafood products in addition to the new caviar items.
Capitalizing on current flavor trends, Echo Falls will introduce a new wasabi-flavored salmon caviar. Developed for those consumers who enjoy complex and bold flavors, the wasabi caviar layers the rich, briny flavor of salmon roe with the fresh, clean punch of wasabi. Perfect on its own, the wasabi salmon caviar can also be incorporated as a complement or garnish in numerous appetizers and entrees, including seafood boards, poke bowls, and sushi hand rolls.
Both the new wasabi flavor and the traditional Echo Falls salmon caviar will be packed in newly designed 2-ounce retail packs. The innovative and visually striking design has a small footprint on the shelf but offers the consumer a wealth of product information and serving suggestions. It can be merchandised two ways -- either standing on the shelf or displayed on the peg set for ready-to-eat seafood. A QR code links consumers to the company website for more recipe ideas.
